The customer was particularly happy he stumbled upon us as we turned out to be the third emergency locksmith business they had rung, the other 2 refusing to provide assistance. Our customer had gone out for dinner and a film with his wife as it was their wedding anniversary. Unfortunately it was only really when they walked out the pub he realised that he had misplaced the car keys. He stated, "We ran back in to the building and searched the place where we were sitting down; and there were no keys in view. I then got an idea to check in the car and what do you know, I found them, still in the ignition, yet the car had self locked." Our locksmith arrived rapidly and a few minutes later had the job done and the door opened.
